These terms govern your use of Adria’s website, dashboard, CLI, and SANDBOX sandbox product (the “Services”). They are an agreement between you and Adria (“Adria,” “we,” or “us”), based in Delaware, United States. Using the Services means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
A separately signed agreement with Adria takes priority over these terms where they conflict. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; it is not a substitute for any data processing agreement your organization may require.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Adria for a company or other organization, you must have authority to act for it. Provide accurate account information and keep your login, access tokens, and connected credentials secure.
You are responsible for the users you authorize, the permissions you grant, and activity you direct through your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. SANDBOX sandboxes
SANDBOX provides remote computers for development work. You can connect repositories, run coding agents and other tools, and access your work through the supported CLI, terminal, and preview features. Your access is subject to the capacity and limits agreed for your plan.
A sandbox is a development environment, not a guarantee that software run within it is safe. You decide which commands, packages, agents, and credentials to use. Keep backups outside Adria. Pausing preserves files but stops processes; resuming does not restore their in-memory state.
3. Plans, hours, and fees
Paid plans are billed monthly unless your order states otherwise. A VM-hour measures one hour of runtime on one computer. Multiple computers running simultaneously use multiple VM-hours. Concurrency limits specify how many computers can run at once and are separate from your hour allowance.
The price, allowance, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation method, and any additional charges must be disclosed in the order or purchase flow you accept. Proposed allowances on a preview pricing page are not a purchase agreement. Unused-hour rollover, refunds, or overage charges apply only as stated in your order or required by law. Adria will not treat a preview as authorization to charge you.
Coding-agent subscriptions and model-provider usage are separate from Adria compute fees. Contact us promptly about a billing error; nothing in these terms limits a statutory right to dispute a charge or obtain a refund.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Services lawfully and within the permissions and resources available to your account. You must not:
- Access another person’s account, repository, sandbox, or information without authorization, or bypass access controls and plan limits.
- Use the Services to deploy malware, steal credentials, send spam, attack networks, or disrupt Adria or another service.
- Upload or process content in violation of intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, export-control, or other applicable laws.
- Resell unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, or use shared infrastructure in a way that harms other customers.
5. Your code and content
Adria does not take ownership of the code, files, or other content you bring to a sandbox. You give Adria permission to store, transmit, copy, and process that content as needed to operate the Services for you, including through infrastructure providers. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to provide it.
Rights in content produced by a connected agent depend on the provider’s terms and applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing generated code, testing changes, checking licenses, and authorizing actions before using results in production or sharing them with others.
6. Adria’s intellectual property
Adria and its licensors retain their rights in the Services, branding, and materials they provide. These terms allow you to use the Services as intended; they do not transfer ownership of Adria’s technology. Separate licenses continue to govern open-source software and third-party components. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law or an open-source license gives you.
7. Connected services and privacy
Git providers, coding agents, model providers, packages, and applications you run are separate services with their own terms. You choose and authorize those connections. Adria cannot guarantee their availability, output, security, or data handling.
Review our Privacy Policy and the policies of connected providers before sending confidential or personal data to them. Where your use requires a separate data processing agreement or other safeguards, arrange those before submitting the affected data.
8. Suspension and ending your use
We may restrict or suspend access to address a security threat, unlawful activity, material breach of these terms, unpaid agreed fees, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and allow you to address it. Urgent action may be necessary to protect users or the Services.
You can stop using the Services and request account closure at [email protected]. Stopping a sandbox alone does not cancel a subscription. Subscription cancellation and any remaining access follow the terms disclosed in your order. Export important work before closing your account; sandbox storage is not intended as permanent archival storage.
9. Availability and warranties
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the Services are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or suitability for every task. To the extent permitted by law, Adria disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any mandatory warranties or consumer protections still apply.
10. Responsibility for losses
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible under these terms for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or anything that applicable law prohibits excluding. A separately signed agreement may set additional liability terms.
11. Delaware law and disputes
Delaware law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Unless mandatory law gives you a different right, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. This provision does not remove consumer protections or access to courts that cannot lawfully be waived. Please first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue.
12. Changes and general provisions
We may update these terms as the Services evolve. We will post the revised text and date here and provide notice of material changes before they take effect where required by law or your agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. Terms that by their nature need to continue after account closure remain in effect.
