Frequently Asked Questions
How do compute credits work?
Your monthly subscription includes an equal amount of compute credits. Purchase additional credits anytime. Unused monthly credits expire; purchased credits roll over. Concurrency is the number of VMs you can run at the same time, separate from your compute credits.
What changes between plans?
Higher plans include more compute credits and more concurrent VMs. Team adds unlimited team members and shared environments. Enterprise includes custom credits, custom concurrency, and bring your own cloud (BYOC).
Are coding-agent subscriptions included?
Your monthly plan covers Adria compute. Bring your own Codex, Claude Code, or Pi credentials and keep using your preferred model provider. Agent subscriptions and model usage are separate from your Adria plan.
Can I pause a computer and come back later?
Yes. Pausing stops the computer's processes while preserving its files. Resume the computer and reconnect from your terminal when you are ready to continue. Running processes restart; their in-memory state is not preserved.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise includes everything in Scale, with custom compute credits and concurrency sized to your team's workload. Bring your own cloud (BYOC) lets you run session compute inside your own cloud and network.
